Job summary

HDR is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join the West Region marketing team in Arizona, focusing on proposal development for the power, solid waste, and industrial sectors. The role emphasizes leadership in developing persuasive messaging, client plans, and market expansion strategies.

Ideal candidates will bring strong writing ability, experience in marketing within A/E/C industries, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with business development leaders, project managers and other technical staff to prepare proposals, statements of qualifications, brochures, presentations, and other materials relating to business development.
Lead proposal team meetings, review sessions, and interview preparation to develop strategic messaging.
Write and edit marketing proposal documents and coordinate graphics and layout.
Support client development teams with marketing activity planning, research and data management.
Maintain pursuit and project information in CRM, resumes, project descriptions, and photography.
Coordinate conference attendance or sponsorship and other events.
Perform other duties as needed.
