Job summary

HDR is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join the West Region marketing team in Southern California. You will play a pivotal part in proposal development to support growth in power, solid waste, and industrial sectors, developing persuasive documents and interview materials that showcase engineering capabilities and experience with impactful messaging.

You will also assist in developing client plans that drive market expansion and revenue growth, coordinating with business

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with business development leaders, project managers, and other technical staff to prepare proposals, statements of qualifications, brochures, presentations, and other materials relating to business development.
Lead proposal team meetings, review sessions, and interview preparation to develop strategic messaging.
Write and edit marketing proposal documents, as well as develop and coordinate graphics and layout.
Support client development teams with marketing activity planning, research, and data management.
Consistently maintain pursuit and project information in our customer relationship management (CRM) database, along with resumes, project descriptions, and photography.
Coordinate conference attendance or sponsorship and other events.
Perform other duties as needed.
