Job summary

HDR is seeking a dedicated Marketing Coordinator to strengthen proposal development and market messaging for the West Region, with a focus on Arizona and New Mexico in power, solid waste, and industrial sectors. You will craft persuasive proposals, interview materials, and client plans to drive growth.

The ideal candidate writes clearly, leads discussions, manages multiple projects, and collaborates with cross-functional teams in a virtual and in-person setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with business development leaders, project managers, and technical staff to prepare proposals, statements of qualifications, brochures, presentations, and other materials.
• Lead proposal team meetings, review sessions, and interview preparation to develop strategic messaging.
• Write and edit marketing proposal documents, and develop and coordinate graphics and layout.
• Support client development teams with marketing activity planning, research, and data management.
• Maintain pursuit and project information in CRM database, resumes, project descriptions, and photography.
• Coordinate conference attendance or sponsorship and other events.
• Perform other duties as needed.
