Job summary

HDR is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our West Region marketing team in Southern California. You will develop persuasive proposals, support client development, and coordinate with project managers and technical staff to advance growth in power, solid waste, and industrial markets.

You are a clear writer, highly organized, and comfortable leading proposal meetings, managing graphics, and maintaining CRM records to track pursuit activity and client contacts.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposals, statements of qualifications, brochures, presentations and other business development materials.
• Lead proposal team meetings, review sessions, and interview preparation for strategic messaging.
• Write and edit marketing proposal documents; develop and coordinate graphics and layout.
