W.W. Williams seeks a Generator Service Sales Representative to sell preventative maintenance contracts and repair services to new and existing customers.

The role focuses on developing new relationships and managing ongoing ones to deliver comprehensive maintenance plans for hospitals, schools, and industrial facilities relying on standby power. Salary consists of base pay plus commission, with opportunities to expand market presence and leverage CRM tools such as Salesforce to manage sales

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years of related sales experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Salesforce or CRM software experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Develops strategic cold call plans for prospecting.
• Meets with customers to develop and maintain relationships; provide maintenance plans.
• Prepares, discusses, and negotiates contract proposals with prospects.
• Assist Service Dept by following up on repairs or maintenance items.
• Represent W.W. Williams at industry events and trade shows.
• Pursue new sales avenues to grow market areas.
• Track all sales activities in Salesforce following guidelines.
