Job summary

W.W. Williams is seeking a Generator Service Sales Representative to sell preventative maintenance contracts and repair services to hospitals, healthcare facilities, commercial businesses, public and private schools, and other power generation users relying on standby power.

The role focuses on developing new relationships and maintaining existing accounts while negotiating proposals, coordinating with the service department, and tracking activities in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce or CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategic cold call plans to prospect new clients.
• Meet with current customers to maintain relationships and service quality.
• Prepare, discuss, and negotiate contract proposals with prospects.
• Assist the Service Department by following up on requested repairs.
• Represent W.W. Williams at industry events and trade shows.
• Explore new sales channels to expand market share.
• Track all sales activities in Salesforce per company guidelines.
