Job summary

W.W. Williams is seeking a Generator Service Sales Representative to sell preventative maintenance contracts and repair services to hospitals, healthcare facilities, and industrial clients. The role focuses on developing new relationships while managing existing accounts to provide comprehensive maintenance plans for standby or emergency power systems.

Salary is base + commission. The position emphasizes strategic sales planning, customer service excellence, and active participation in industry

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1–3 years of related sales experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategic cold call plans for prospecting.
• Meet with customers to maintain relationships and service quality.
• Prepare, discuss, and negotiate contract proposals with prospects.
• Assist Service Department by following up on requested repairs.
• Represent W.W. Williams at industry functions and events.
• Pursue new sales opportunities to grow market areas.
