Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks a General Superintendent – Power to lead field operations for natural gas and thermal power generation projects. You will oversee safety, scheduling, subcontractors, QA/QC, and coordination with engineering and commissioning teams.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering, 12+ years of construction experience and 10+ years of field supervision on power projects. Valid driver’s license and travel readiness are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 12+ years construction experience.
• 10+ years field supervision experience.
• Experience leading power-generation projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of safety culture and injury-free environment.
• Communicates project information to owners, design teams and subcontractors.
• Manages project documentation, logs and daily reports.
• Oversees material and equipment needs for the project.
• Coordinates turnover, commissioning and startup activities.
• Provides field leadership across multi-contractor teams.
