Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 12+ years construction experience.
• 10+ years field supervision experience.
• Experience leading power generation projects from pursuit through closeout.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and investigate incidents, mentoring staff.
• Oversee schedule, budget, and subcontractor management for projects.
• Coordinate with design teams, owners, and commissioning during turnover.
• Manage field operations and self-perform work with quality control.
• Ensure QA/QC programs and adherence to power-generation safety protocols.
