Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Project Manager, Power & Energy, to lead cross-functional teams across mid-sized projects in the Power & Energy PMO. The role includes budgeting, scheduling, risk management, client communication, and adherence to QA/QC processes.

The successful candidate will manage lifecycle activities from proposal to closeout, with travel to client offices and project sites as needed. Remote work within the United States is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Essential project management certification (PMP, CAP-M).
• 7–10 years in project management in A/E/C or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills for project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects with budgets, hours, costs, and deliverables.
• Lead development of proposals, scopes, schedules, and resource plans.
• Create WBS tasks and estimate costs; ensure QA/QC.
• Coordinate contract negotiations and client meetings; deliver project dashboards.
