Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Project Manager for Power & Energy to support the PMO across multiple US locations, with remote work options and periodic travel to client offices. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, schedules, and quality, and ensure safety and profitability throughout project lifecycles.

You should have 7–10 years of PM experience in engineering/construction contexts and a PMP/CAP-M certification, with strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate resources

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related major
• Essential project management certification (PMP/CAP-M)
• 7–10 years of relevant post-education PM experience
• Knowledge of A/E/C project delivery processes
• Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to travel and work across multiple offices and sites
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and PM tools

Responsibilities

• Oversee cross-functional teams to execute project work and manage budgets, hours, costs and deliverables
• Assist with proposals, cost estimates, scopes, schedules and resource plans
• Develop WBS tasks and estimated costs
• Coordinate contract negotiations and client meetings
• Prepare project initiation docs (RMP, PMP, QP, PSP, Communications Plan)
• Monitor project metrics, forecasting, cost control and dashboards
• Ensure QA/QC adherence and safety requirements
• Provide regular project updates to clients and management
