Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related major or equivalent experience.
• Essential project management certification required (e.g., PMP, CAP-M).
• 7–10 years of relevant post-education experience in project management.
• Strong understanding of A/E/C project delivery and PM principles.
• Analytical and organizational skills with business acumen.
• Proven communication and leadership abilities; can lead junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cross-functional teams on mid-level projects, managing budgets, hours, and deliverables.
• Contribute to proposals, cost estimates, scope, and schedules.
• Develop WBS tasks and estimated costs; ensure QA/QC adherence.
• Support project controls including schedule/cost performance and dashboards.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to align priorities.
• Monitor AR, procurement closeouts, and project closeout activities.
