Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; PMP or CAP-M preferred.
• PMP, CAP-M certification required.
• 7–10 years of project management experience in A/E/C/energy sector.
• Strong understanding of project delivery processes and risk management.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
• WSP Code of Conduct adherence and safety policy awareness.

Aufgaben

• Oversee cross-functional teams to execute project work, including budgets, hours, expenses, and deliverables.
• Contribute to proposal development, cost estimates, scope, schedules, and resource plans.
• Develop work breakdown structure (WBS) tasks and estimated costs.
• Establish technical review levels and QA/QC adherence.
• Perform margin analyses and set risk contingencies.
• Coordinate contract negotiations, presentations, and meetings.
• Prepare project initiation docs (RMP, PMP, QP, PSP, Communications Plan).
• Lead project kick-off meetings with stakeholders.
• Monitor project metrics, AR, unbilled revenue, and budgets.
• Ensure safe, ethical project execution and adherence to policies.
