Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Project Manager, Power & Energy for its Power & Energy Program Management Office in Tulsa, OK. The role may be performed remotely within the United States with periodic travel to client sites.

The successful candidate will oversee multi-disciplinary teams and drive project success across scope, schedule, and budget. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, PMP/CAP-M, and 7–10 years of PM experience in our industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Essential project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAP-M).
• 7–10 years of post-education project management experience in the industry.
• Strong understanding of project delivery in A/E/C; leadership skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cross-functional teams to manage budgets, hours, and deliverables.
• Contribute to proposals, cost estimates, scopes, and schedules.
• Develop WBS tasks and estimated costs; ensure QA/QC adherence.
• Monitor risk, margin, and client satisfaction across projects.
