Job summary

WSP is seeking a Project Manager, Power & Energy for our Power & Energy PMO in Tulsa, OK. The following locations will be considered: OKC, Dallas, Austin, Houston, Corpus Christi, Bentonville, and Shreveport.

The successful candidate may work remotely within the United States and must be able to travel for meetings. You will supervise technical work, manage budgets and schedules, ensure safety and QA/QC, and lead cross-functional teams across projects and proposals while aligning with WSP

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related field or equivalent.
7–10 years of post-education project management experience in the industry.
Essential project management certification (PMP/CAP-M).
Solid understanding of project delivery in A/E/C and related PM practices.
Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Oversee cross-functional teams to manage budgets, hours, expenses, and deliverables.
Contribute to proposal development, cost estimates, scope, schedules, and resource plans.
Develop WBS tasks and estimated costs.
Ensure QA/QC adherence and technical review levels.
Support margin analysis, risk contingencies, and client negotiations.
Provide regular project reporting, dashboards, and stakeholder updates.
