Job summary

WSP USA seeking a Project Manager, Power & Energy for its PMO in Tulsa, OK, with options for Oklahoma City and other US locations. You will supervise mid-level projects, manage budgets, and coordinate across functions with travel to client offices for meetings.

The role requires a PMP/CAP-M, 7–10 years PM experience in A/E/C, and strong leadership, communication, and technical writing abilities. Remote work within the United States is possible with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related major.
• Essential project management certification required (e.g., PMP, CAP-M).
• 7–10 years of relevant post-education experience in a PM role.
• Sound understanding of project delivery in A/E/C and QA/QC.
• Strong analytical, organizational and business acumen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; leadership capable.
• Ability to lead junior staff and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cross-functional teams of professionals to manage budgets, hours, expenses, and deliverables.
• Contribute to proposals, cost estimates, scope, schedules, and resource plans.
• Develop the work breakdown structure (WBS) and estimated costs.
• Set the level of technical review and ensure QA/QC adherence.
• Monitor project margins, risk, and performance across lifecycle stages.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams for alignment.
