WSP is seeking a Project Manager, Power & Energy for our Program Management Office in Tulsa, OK, with consideration for Dallas, TX, Austin, TX, Houston, TX, and other U.S. locations.

The role may be remote within the United States and requires travel to client or office sites. You will lead cross‑functional teams, oversee budgets and schedules, drive project controls, and ensure safety, quality, and profitability while coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders on mid‑ to large‑scale

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related field required.
• Essential project management certification (PMP or CAP-M) required.
• 7–10 years of post‑education project management experience in our industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cross‑functional teams of technical professionals and manage budgets, hours, and deliverables.
• Develop project proposals, cost estimates, scope, schedules, and resource plans.
• Create WBS tasks and estimated costs for projects.
• Coordinate technical reviews, QA/QC, and risk management plans.
• Monitor project metrics, margins, and reporting to clients and management.
