Job summary

WSP is seeking a Power & Energy Project Manager for our Power & Energy PMO in Tulsa, OK. The successful candidate may work remotely from a mutually acceptable location within the United States and must travel to WSP and client offices for periodic face-to-face meetings.

You will provide high level technical project leadership across lifecycle, manage budgets, schedules, and risks, and mentor staff while upholding safety and QA/QC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical discipline (Electrical/Civil/Mechanical/PM or Construction Management).
• 12+ years of post-education project management experience in our industry.
• Experience delivering projects via DBB, EPC or PDB delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM leadership for large, complex projects including budgets, forecasts, margins, KPIs, and risk management.
• Lead development of proposals, cost estimates, scope, schedules, and resource plans.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, cost and change management.
• Participate in contract negotiations, presentations, and meetings.
• Provide regular project reporting to clients and leadership with mitigation strategies.
