Job summary
Enatel, part of IDEAL Industries, is seeking a Sales Engineer for North America. This role supports the sales team from pre-sales through post-sales, delivering tailored power electronics solutions and technical guidance.
You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Service to meet customer requirements and drive successful engagements across North America. Travel is required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering or related technical field.
- Experience in technical sales, applications engineering, or customer-facing engineering.
- Strong knowledge in power electronics or related high-tech environments.
Responsibilities
- Support the sales team by responding to technical enquiries and assisting with solution development.
- Lead and support technical evaluations during pre-sales activities, including customer discussions and product demonstrations.
- Translate customer technical and commercial requirements into tailored Enatel solutions.
- Specify and configure solutions using Enatel products and approved third-party components.
- Provide post-sales technical support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Travel within North America (and occasionally internationally) to support customer engagements.
