IDEAL Industries, Inc. (Enatel) is seeking a Sales Engineer GSE – North America to support the sales team with pre-sales and post-sales technical expertise, translating customer requirements into tailored power-electronics solutions.

You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering and Customer Service, travel across North America, and hold a BS in electronics or a related field along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electronics engineering or related field.
• Experience in technical sales or customer-facing engineering roles.
• Strong knowledge in power electronics or telecom environments.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsabilités

• Support the sales team by responding to technical enquiries and assisting with solution development.
• Lead and support technical evaluations during pre-sales activities with customer discussions and product demos.
• Understand customer requirements and translate into tailored power solutions.
• Specify and configure solutions using Enatel products and approved third-party components.
• Provide post-sales technical support, including troubleshooting and documentation.
