Job summary

Siemens Smart Infrastructure seeks a Construction Sales Engineer for the Seattle/Western Washington market. You will own project-based revenue growth by building relationships with consulting engineers, electrical contractors, owners, and distributors, guiding opportunities through the full construction lifecycle.

You will develop territory plans, manage a qualified pipeline, and provide disciplined forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of sales experience in electrical distribution, construction sales, or related fields.
• Experience managing customer accounts and developing project-based opportunities with contractors, engineers, and distributors.
• Working knowledge of low- and medium-voltage power distribution products.

Responsibilities

• Own project-based revenue growth and market share expansion by developing strong relationships across the construction ecosystem.
• Develop and complete strategic territory and account plans and build a qualified pipeline.
• Maintain pipeline, deliver disciplined forecasts, and update opportunity data in CRM tools.
• Engage across the full construction lifecycle—from design and specification through bid and execution to identify Siemens solutions.
