Job summary

Siemens Smart Infrastructure in San Diego seeks a Construction Sales Engineer to own project-based revenue growth and market share expansion by developing relationships across the construction ecosystem and positioning Siemens low- and medium-voltage power distribution solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

You will build a qualified pipeline, maintain forecasts, influence specifications, coordinate with engineers, contractors, distributors, and Siemens teams, and travel as needed,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years in power distribution sales, engineering, or project management (preferred).
• Experience managing customer accounts and project-based sales with electrical contractors or distributors.
• Knowledge of low- and medium-voltage power distribution products.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue and market share with measurable sales results.
• Develop and drive sales plans for target customers and projects.
• Build a qualified project pipeline with accurate data and forecasts.
