Siemens Smart Infrastructure is seeking a Construction Sales Engineer for the Seattle/Western Washington market to drive project-based revenue growth and expand market share. You will build relationships across the construction ecosystem, influence project specifications, and manage a disciplined pipeline from early design through execution.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience; HS diploma or GED equivalency is the minimum education requirement when experience is substituted.
• Power distribution sales, engineering, or project management experience related to electrical manufacturing or construction sales; 5+ years preferred.
• Experience managing customer accounts and developing or supporting project-based sales opportunities with electrical contractors, consulting engineers, or distributors.
• Experience using sales tools or CRM platforms to manage pipeline, forecast opportunities, and document account activity.

• Building trusted relationships with consulting engineers, electrical contractors, owners, developers, end users, distributors, channel partners, and other collaborators who influence project decisions.
• Influencing basis-of-design and project specifications by providing technical and commercial guidance early in the project cycle.
• Managing project pursuit activities in coordination with internal Siemens teams, including qualification and strategy.
• Engaging distributors and channel partners to improve opportunity visibility and strengthen Siemens’ position.
