Job summary

Siemens Smart Infrastructure seeks a Construction Sales Engineer to drive project-based revenue in the San Francisco market and surrounding area. Own pipeline, pursue opportunities early, and position Siemens power distribution solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

Build trusted relationships with consulting engineers, electrical contractors, owners, and channel partners, guiding specifications and pursuit strategies. Reports to Regional Sales leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.
• 5+ years of power distribution sales, engineering, or project management experience preferred.
• Experience managing customer accounts and developing project-based sales opportunities.
• Knowledge of low- and medium-voltage power distribution products.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue and market share with accountability for measurable sales results.
• Develop and drive sales plans targeting customers, projects, and opportunities.
• Build a qualified project pipeline and maintain accurate forecast data.
• Engage across the construction project lifecycle from design to execution.
