Job summary

Siemens Smart Infrastructure seeks a Construction Sales Engineer to support the San Francisco market and surrounding area. You will own project-based revenue growth by developing relationships across the construction ecosystem and positioning Siemens power distribution solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

This individual contributor role reports to Regional Sales leadership and requires coordination with consulting engineers, electrical contractors, distributors, end users, and Siemens

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Electrical background preferred.
• 5+ years in power distribution sales or related field.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Own project-based revenue growth and market share expansion.
• Develop strategic territory and account plans.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline with accurate forecasts.
• Engage across the construction lifecycle from design to bid and execution.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, distributors, and Siemens teams.
• Influence specifications and pursuit strategies.
