Schneider Electric seeks a Field Service Representative to perform startup, diagnostic, repair, and preventive maintenance on electrical equipment in diverse environments. The role includes direct customer contact and collaboration with partners, with training provided on products and tools.

Initial onboarding features 8 weeks of in-person training in our Dallas, TX facility, then ongoing online training and local mentorship. US-based position with a broad pay range and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or trade certification in electrical-related disciplines.
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics.
• 2+ years in field service repair and customer service with UPS systems and related equipment.
• Proficiency in English and strong safety practices.
• Field travel and physical requirements are part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Pre-site startup, repair, preventive maintenance, and field modification of equipment.
• Troubleshoot with customers, electricians, sales partners, and technical support teams.
• Complete field service and expense reports and startup data sheets.
• Collaborate with management to resolve escalated issues.
• Ongoing training on products in field and classroom.
