Ulteig Engineers, Inc. seeks a General Manager (GM) and VP, Power to lead the Power business unit, driving strategic direction, profitability, and growth.

You will oversee Substation, T&D engineering, Project Management, and Power Market teams, reporting to the COO as part of the Ulteig Leadership Team. You will set annual budgets, guide delivery performance, and build executive relationships with key clients while aligning with Ulteig's strategic plans and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
• Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic direction to the Power BU in line with Ulteig's plan.
• Lead Power leadership to set budgets and targets, driving profitability.
• Develop 3–5 year Power Market Strategy with growth in client base.
• Oversee operating departments and market teams for results and quality.
• Maintain executive-level relationships with key clients and partners.
• Collaborate with CXO and ULT members on strategy execution.
• Support M&A and strategic partnerships initiatives when needed.
• Travel up to 40% to meet clients, partners and staff.
• Report to COO and build an ownership culture within Power BU.
