Job summary

Ulteig Engineers, Inc. seeks a General Manager (GM) and VP, Power to lead the Power business unit, drive sales, delivery, profitability, and strategic direction. This executive sets budgets and targets, partners with market leaders, and ensures operational excellence and executive-level client engagement.

The role requires a strong track record in leadership, strategic planning, and Power Lifeline sector experience, with up to 40% travel and a U.S. work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
• Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in engineering consulting, critical infrastructure, or similar.
• 5+ years leading a functional group with coaching and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for Ulteig Power BU.
• Lead budgeting, targets, and profitability in alignment with strategic plans.
• Develop long-term Power Market strategy with market leaders.
• Ensure delivery excellence, resource planning, and client relationship management.
• Foster leadership development and succession planning within the Power BU.
