Ulteig Engineers, Inc. seeks a General Manager (GM) and VP, Power to lead the Power business unit, drive strategic direction, profitability and client engagement. You will oversee Power market and delivery departments, guide cross-functional teams and align with Ulteig's long-term plans.

You will manage budgets, oversee talent development, and advance initiatives with senior leadership, travel up to 40% of time, and ensure a high-performance culture aligned with Ulteig values.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field required or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced leadership roles.
• Significant leadership experience: 5+ years managing a functional group or multiple teams.

Mansioni

• Provide strategic direction for the Power BU aligned with Ulteig's plan and targets.
• Lead the Power leadership team to set budgets, targets and profitability; guide delivery and quality.
• Develop 3–5 year Power Market strategy with allies; maintain executive relationships with key clients.
• Ensure staffing and resource alignment for service quality and delivery excellence.
• Collaborate with CXO and Ulteig leaders on strategic initiatives and partnerships.
