Job summary

Ulteig is seeking a General Manager (GM) and VP, Power to lead the Power business unit, align strategic direction, and drive profitability. You will oversee Substation, T&D engineering, Project Management, and Power Market teams, while reporting to the COO and collaborating with the Ulteig Leadership Team.

You will shape 3-5 year market strategy, manage budgets, and build executive relationships with key clients while fostering growth, inclusion, and operational excellence across the Power BU.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
• Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration preferred.
• 12 years of experience required / 15+ years preferred in engineering consulting, critical infrastructure, or similar.
• At least five years leading a functional group with experience in coaching and succession.
• Ability to travel up to 40%.
• Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to the Power BU aligned with Ulteig's Strategic Plan.
• Lead the Power leadership team to set budgets and targets ensuring profitability.
• Develop 3-5 year Power Market Strategy with market leaders to expand and diversify client base.
• Ensure delivery teams are resourced and committed to service quality and operational excellence.
• Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients.
• Collaborate with CXO and other Ulteig leaders on strategy execution and initiatives.
