Ulteig Engineers, Inc. seeks a General Manager (GM) and VP, Power with leadership responsibility over the Power business unit.

The role reports to the COO and guides the strategic direction, growth, profitability, and performance of Power, including coordination with Substation, T&D engineering, PM, and Power Market teams. The GM/VP will develop short- and long-term plans, lead capability development, and drive client and partner development initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
• Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration preferred.
• 12 years of experience in engineering consulting, critical infrastructure, or similar.
• 5+ years leading a functional group or multiple teams.
• Strong business planning, management, and organizational experience.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic direction to the Power BU in alignment with Ulteig's Strategic Plan.
• Lead the Power leadership team to set annual budgets and targets with profitability responsibility.
• Develop 3-5 year Power Market Strategy to expand and diversify the client base.
• Oversee operating departments to ensure results, quality and delivery.
• Develop executive-level relationships with key clients.
• Collaborate with CXO and Ulteig leadership on strategic initiatives.
