Ulteig Engineers seeks a General Manager and VP, Power to lead the Power business unit, shaping strategic direction, growth, delivery, and profitability. You will drive cross-functional leadership, executive client relationships, and long-term market strategies to ensure Ulteig’s leadership in critical infrastructure.

You will mentor Power leaders, manage budgets, and align with Ulteig’s strategic objectives, while enabling innovation and performance across the Power BU.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
• Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic direction to the Power BU aligned with Ulteig’s Strategic Plan.
• Lead the Power leadership team to set budgets and targets with profitability goals.
• Develop 3–5 year Power Market Strategy with market leaders.
• Oversee operating departments ensuring quality and delivery Objectives.
• Develop executive relationships with key clients and partners.
• Collaborate with CXO and other Ulteig leaders on strategic initiatives.
