Job summary

Wayne Farms LLC is seeking a Poultry Processing Supervisor to oversee production line personnel, ensuring adherence to HACCP, SSOPs, GMPs and USDA/OSHA standards. The role focuses on meeting schedules, maintaining product quality, and driving process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include delegating tasks, coaching staff, reporting metrics, and collaborating with QA to sustain a safe, efficient operation. Strong leadership and English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with timekeeping, policy adherence and conflict resolution.
• Knowledge of safety standards (GMP/HACCP/OSHA) beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production line/department personnel to meet production schedules.
• Deploy and rotate personnel to optimize efficiency and ergonomics.
• Ensure accurate daily reporting (attendance, yields, etc.).
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and waste reduction.
• Coach and train staff; administer performance improvement actions.
• Maintain food safety environment per USDA requirements.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure safety and sanitation.
