Wayne Farms LLC in Danville, AR is seeking a Poultry Processing Supervisor to lead production line teams, ensure compliance with HACCP, SSOPs, GMPs and USDA/OSHA standards, and maintain customer specifications. You will manage schedules, deploy staff for maximum efficiency, and partner with Quality Assurance to sustain a food‑safe, clean processing environment.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing setting; 3 years in food manufacturing or poultry preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership experience including knowledge of timekeeping requirements, policy adherence and conflict resolution.
• Working knowledge of poultry processing, food safety regulations, OSHA, GMP and HACCP.
• Proficient communication in English, both verbal and written; multilingual abilities a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple projects.

• Manage production line/department to meet production schedules, increase efficiencies, and meet budget objectives.
• Deploy and rotate personnel to optimize efficiency and ergonomics.
• Ensure daily reports (attendance, yields, etc.) are accurately completed.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and reduce repeat deficiencies.
• Lead or participate in process improvements and monitor improvement metrics.
• Partner with Quality Assurance to ensure a food‑safe and sanitary environment per USDA requirements.
• Mentor, coach, and train employees; provide consistent feedback.
• Administer performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions fairly.
• Follow and promote safety initiatives and ensure PPE compliance.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet location goals.
• Learn and adhere to current Union contracts if applicable.
