Qualifications

• Two years live poultry experience in a similar environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements surrounding animal welfare and food production.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Oversee broiler farms as Company representative to contract growers, providing technical advice on building, equipment, litter, sanitation, policies and procedures.
• Provide chick placement, catch and feed withdrawal times to growers.
• Monitor flocks for bird comfort and equipment settings and ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and laws.
• Track and record bird mortality, reporting anomalies to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain feed tank inventories and coordinate feed deliveries to growers on schedule.
• Promote and follow safety initiatives to maintain a zero-accident culture.
