Qualifications

Responsibilities
Provide daily support for both remote and on-premise users via ticketing system.
Optimize hardware components interacting with AVID software.
Perform routine maintenance tasks on AVID, OS, Nexis, and NAS.
Skills
Technical support for AVID and Jump Desktop
Troubleshooting hardware and software bugs
Basic networking skills
Knowledge of Avid/Nexis and Resolve workflows
Self-starter with multitasking ability
