Job summary

Suite Studios Inc. is seeking an experienced Technical Support professional to join a small, fast-moving team in the media and entertainment space.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to resolve complex issues, train on new features, and drive customer outcomes. The role emphasizes teaching, learning, and a customer-first mindset, with a focus on improving post-production workflows and vendor integrations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a technical support role in the media & entertainment industry.
• You are a workflow nerd and enjoy Post Production, Media lifecycles, and VFX.
• Excellent written and spoken English; exceptional communication skills.
• Customer-first attitude in every interaction.
• Enthusiastic about teaching and learning; proactive cross-team collaboration.
• Flexible and adaptable as the company grows and evolves.
• An impact maker who helps shape culture, product and processes.
• Nice to have: experience in broadcast or post production environments.
• Nice to have: experience with Adobe CC, DaVinci Resolve, Cinema 4D, Nuke.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to address root causes of recurring issues.
• Support major feature releases with training, QA, documentation, and internal communication.
• Provide insights from support data to inform product improvements and customer success initiatives.
• Drive KPIs such as CSAT, SLA compliance, resolution time, and ticket backlog.
• Refine escalation protocols, workflows, and knowledge management systems for scale.
• Collaborate with team to improve processes and tooling for efficiency.
• Mentor and coach Support team to build a high-performing, customer-centric group.
• Respond quickly to inquiries and diagnose/resolve issues.
• Lead live-debug sessions and reproduce client issues across applications.
• Help ensure lasting success for customers.
