University of Southern California is seeking a Post-Production Support Specialist to maintain post-production technology in the School of Cinematic Arts facilities. You will support end-users on Mac and Windows systems and manage Avid, NEXIS, and color workflow in instructional spaces.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, customer service, and hands-on experience with post-production software and hardware, including Avid Media Composer, Pro Tools, and DaVinci Resolve.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; 3 years experience in Post-Production Editorial.
• Experience supporting post-production workflows and end-users.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills; Mac/Windows proficiency.
• Knowledge of Avid, Resolve, Pro Tools in a professional setting.

Responsabilidades

• Support Avid Media Composer installation, usage, and workflow.
• Manage Avid NEXIS storage and workstation config/maintenance.
• Provide Windows and MacOS systems administration and end-user support.
• Assist handoff of picture to post-production sound and color; support color tools.
