Job summary

Confidential is hiring a Solutions Engineer (Product Expert) for on-site work in New York or San Francisco. You will own a product vertical post-implementation, diagnose data and API issues, and serve as the escalation point between customers, customer success, and engineering.

You’ll translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and support onboarding and migrations as new product lines roll out.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in a Solutions Engineer or similar post-sales role at a SaaS company.
• Technical background (CS, engineering, or equivalent).
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Post-sales focus; not pre-sales.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose data and API integration issues in live customer environments.
• Serve as escalation point for code-level fixes and coordinate with engineering.
• Own a product vertical end-to-end from a technical standpoint.
• Support onboarding and migration as new product lines roll out.
• Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
