EliseAI in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead Housing products, working with Engineering, Design, Operations, GTM, and customers to build AI-native workflows that reduce operational burden and improve outcomes for residents and operators. You will own strategy, define requirements, prioritize roadmaps, and measure adoption.

The role requires 4+ years in product management, strong ability to simplify complex processes, and a readiness to work on-site 4–5 days per week in

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Product Management experience, preferably with AI-native products.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to simplify complex processes.
• Willingness to work in person at the SF office 4–5 days a week.

Responsabilités

• Own product strategy and execution for housing workflows and experiences.
• Partner with customers to understand pain points across the resident lifecycle.
• Build AI-native workflows that automate tasks while preserving trust and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, and GTM to ship high-impact features.
• Translate complex requirements into intuitive product experiences.
• Define requirements, prioritize roadmaps, and drive launch from concept to launch.
