Job summary

OpenAI is seeking a Solutions Engineer to partner with our largest Digital Native customers. You will shape AI strategy, identify high-value use cases, demonstrate business impact, and recommend architectures to accelerate implementation.

This role is based in San Francisco with a hybrid model (3 days in the office) and relocation assistance for new employees. You will collaborate with Sales, Security, and Product to help customers leverage OpenAI’s intelligence to transform products and drive

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales or similar role, including 4+ years selling to technology customers, managing C-level technical and business relationships with complex global organizations.
• Thorough understanding of IT security principles, enterprise architecture and customer requirements for technical B2B SaaS products, with experience providing higher-level security and compliance support.
• Foundational training in programming languages like Python or Javascript.
• Delivered prototypes of Generative AI/traditional ML solutions and knowledge of network/cloud architecture.
