Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect (DSA) to drive post-sale technical leadership and executive engagement with our top customers. You will collaborate with sales and field engineering to accelerate platform adoption and value realization across complex workloads.

You will coordinate with Professional Services, education, onboarding and support resources to deliver successful deployments, drive adoption, and ensure customer success while expanding usage of Databricks workloads.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering technical projects/programs in Data/AI
• Experience in Python/SQL/Scala
• Customer-facing pre-sales/technical architecture or consulting roles
• Understanding of distributed data systems
• Ability to articulate business value and outcomes
• Technical program management including stakeholders and resources
• Experience resolving escalations with senior executives
• Experience driving discovery workshops and strategic roadmaps
• Track record of overachievement against quotas or targets
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, willing to travel up to 30%

Responsibilities

• Engage with Solutions Architects to understand use case demand plans
• Lead post-technical win strategy and execution for key use cases
• Be the accountable technical leader across multiple teams and go-lives
• Be the first contact for technical issues related to production/go-live
• Leverage Shared/Onboarding/PS resources to build tasks
• Create and execute a point-of-view to accelerate production of key use cases
• Coordinate with Product/Engineering for new features and upgrades
• Develop an execution plan covering customer-facing technical activities
• Drive product adoption and governance across workloads
• Provide KPI updates on customer health and investment status
