Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering technical projects in Data & AI with customer impact.
• Programming in Python, SQL or Scala.
• Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, or consulting role.
• Understanding of distributed data systems and business value attribution.
• Strong program/project management with stakeholders and escalation handling.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-technical account strategy and execution for key use cases.
• Be the technical lead across Databricks products for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate with Professional Services and product/engineering teams.
• Provide KPI updates and governance on usage and customer health.
