Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect (DSA) to drive post-sale technical leadership and growth within strategic customer accounts. You will work with sales, field engineering, and executives to accelerate adoption, orchestrate teams, and ensure successful production deployment of Databricks workloads.

You will balance technical credibility with commercial leadership, building plans for enablement, onboarding, and ongoing consumption while reporting outcomes to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering technical projects in Data/AI.
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales or consulting.
• Understanding of distributed data systems.
• Ability to tie business value to project deliverables.
• Technical program or project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-technical win account strategy and execution plan for key use cases.
• Be the technical lead across multiple teams and accounts, coordinating stakeholders.
• Own onboarding, enablement, success, go-live and healthy consumption plans.
• Coordinate with Professional Services and engineering for delivery of engagements.
• Provide internal and external KPI updates on usage and customer health to the Technical GM.
