Job summary

Schindler Group in Morristown, NJ seeks a Manager Integration, Mergers & Acquisitions to lead post-merger integration across acquired entities, systems, and people. You will plan, execute, and govern integration activities to realize transaction value with minimal disruption.

You will support the M&A team, reporting to the VP of M&A, and coordinate with senior leaders to align targets, processes, and cultural integration across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading post-merger integration programs.
• Ability to monitor KPI’s on cost, revenue, and growth.
• Lead cross-functional teams through complex integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead post-acquisition integration strategies and execution plans.
• Serve as primary liaison for acquired company and Schindler.
• Monitor integration KPIs and provide executive reporting.
• Drive customer satisfaction and retention during integration.
