The client is seeking a Director of Integration to lead post-merger integration efforts and help build scalable processes that support The client’s acquisition strategy. This role will focus on driving integration initiatives across acquisitive organizations, private equity-backed platforms, or integration-focused consulting environments.

Ideal candidates will have extensive experience leading mergers and acquisitions integration efforts, with a demonstrated track record supporting the execution of integration programs within acquisitive organizations. They will be expected to guide teams through complex change efforts and translate integration priorities into structured, repeatable approaches.

Candidates should bring strong integration leadership experience and the ability to design and implement scalable processes that can support ongoing acquisitions. Experience may include managing integration workstreams end to end, aligning stakeholders around common goals, and ensuring integration plans remain actionable and effective as the company expands.
