Job summary

Trinity Consultants is seeking an M&A Integration Manager to plan and execute integration of acquired companies, spanning pre-close to post-close, ensuring continuity, value creation, and cultural alignment.

The role acts as the central orchestrator of cross-functional integration workstreams, partnering with executive leaders and acquired leadership. Candidates need strong program management, judgment, and emotional intelligence to influence outcomes in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of direct M&A experience.
• Strong executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, and tight timelines.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in matrixed environments.
• Background in Integration Management Office or Change Management Office (preferred).
• Familiarity with ERP, finance, HRIS, and collaboration system integrations (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple M&A integrations across pre-close, Day-0/Day-1, and post-close phases.
• Use the IMO playbook to manage governance cadence, workstreams, and reporting.
• Maintain integrated project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Drive accountability across HR, IT, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Operations, Marketing, Real Estate.
• Coordinate integration communications, including leadership guides and FAQs for acquired teams.
• Support enterprise strategic initiatives with centralized project management.
