Job summary

Schindler Group seeks a Manager Integration, Mergers & Acquisitions to lead post-merger integration across acquired companies, systems, and teams. You will plan, execute, and govern integrations to realize transaction value while minimizing disruption.

You will coordinate with the M&A team, drive change management, and manage senior stakeholder relationships to ensure successful outcomes and cultural alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education in business/finance/ accounting or related field preferred.
• MBA preferred for seniority and leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead post-acquisition integration strategies and execution plans from Day 1 through long-term integration.
• Ensure alignment to financial targets and value realization.
• Serve as single point of contact for acquired and Schindler organization during integration.
• Monitor integration KPIs and provide executive reporting.
• Drive customer satisfaction and portfolio retention during integration.
