Integra LifeSciences is seeking a Senior Manager of IT Mergers & Acquisitions to spearhead IT due diligence and cross‑functional integration across applications, infrastructure, and data. The role, based in Princeton, NJ, leads a matrixed team and partners with Corporate Development, Finance and Legal to quantify IT synergies and risks for multi-year integration programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical or Business field; master’s degree desirable.
• Certifications in Process Excellence / Six Sigma / Lean / Organizational Change Management / PMP / ITIL / Business Analyst Training / Green or Black Belt preferred.
• 10+ years of Life Sciences/Pharma/Biotech industry experience.
• 5+ years leading process improvement initiatives.
• 5+ years in digital strategy and transformation.
• 3+ years in business development, integrations, and post-integration processes.

Responsibilities

• Leads IT due diligence workstreams for M&A transactions and divestitures.
• Orchestrates Transition from due diligence to post-merger integration across IT.
• Develop Day 1 readiness plan and End State roadmap.
• Create workplans for AD migrations, ERP consolidations, and cloud integrations.
• Define and manage TSAs to maintain business continuity during integration.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (GxP, HIPAA/GDPR, 21 CFR Part 11).
• Oversee re-validation of systems in the merged environment.
