Job summary

Integra LifeSciences seeks a Senior Manager of IT Mergers & Acquisitions to drive cross-functional IT due diligence and post-merger integration across applications, infrastructure, and data. You will partner with Corporate Development, Finance, and Legal to quantify synergies and risks while shaping the IT M&A playbook.

The role requires strong business acumen, executive communication, and proven project management, with travel up to 20%. Hybrid work based out of Princeton, NJ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical or Business field; master’s degree desirable.
• 10+ years in Life Sciences, Pharma, MedTech or Biotech industries.
• 5+ years leading process improvement initiatives.
• 5+ years supporting digital strategy and transformation.
• 3+ years in business development, integrations and post-integration processes.
• Familiarity with QMS, PLM, and CRM systems.
• Executive presentation skills and experience in MedTech regulatory environments are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the technical workstreams for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures focused on IT due diligence.
• Orchestrates transition from due diligence to post-merger integration of IT across entities.
• Regulatory & compliance: ensure IT integration activities meet GxP, HIPAA/GDPR and 21 CFR Part 11.
